Employer Brand

Measurement of an organization's employer brand aims to find out how the organization is perceived as an employer by different groups. Unlike a traditional employee survey, this study not only contains feedback from current employees but also the possible/prospective and former employees. This gives an overall picture of the organization as an employer and shows the improvement areas and actions needed for increasing attractiveness.
